
Horn of Africa Youth Development Association is a non-profit youth based community organization serving the Somali youth in South Central Zone and was established by a group of youth activists and intellectuals in May 2008, it is a professional youth voluntarily organization that offers humanitarian and social developments programs to victims of gross human rights abuses, and more specific to the youth.
HAYODA was founded to promote the position of the poor disadvantaged people through assisting them to increase their socio-economic independence. The organization pays special attention to the youth, women and disadvantaged rural-urban children.
The Status of the Organization:
HAYODA is voluntary, Humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit making and non political.
HAYODA has legal personality and status, it has a legal right to sue or be sued in its own name. It has rights to acquire property, enter into ruled contract in its name.
